Order arrived quickly, as promised. Haven't yet opened it but look forward to wearing this, one of my favorite perfumes. A classic always! Thank you!

Please do not order from here! I’ve spent the past month trying to get my money back from an order that was never delivered to me. It was delivered to the wrong address so I never received my package. Fragrancex refuses to provide a solution even after receiving a letter from USPS confirming that the package was delivered to the wrong address. I ordered the items against thinking I’d get my money back from the first order but they are currently denying all claims! They do not insure the packages that they send so they are depending on USPS for a refund which they are not doing.

Despite regular follow up, my order was never delivered even after a month. The only type of response I got from FragranceX is I need to wait. They had been in contact with their courier for 2 weeks and still no idea where my package is? Now FragranceX has ghosted me and no longer replying to my follow up emails. Reply to FragranceX reply: I have already sent many emails to your r support team and the only solution you have offered is to wait for the courier to respond. The courier hasn't updated the tracker since 7/11/22 and all you want to do is wait until they do. Until when, 2023? This company does NOT care.
