I placed an order with Fragrance X and made payment over a month ago. I keep being told that my package has been delivered but it has not. this morning (07/11/2022) I was in contact with the carrier (PICUP) and they informed me that they told Fragrance X on Friday 04/11/2022 that this package is missing. i have emailed so many times for feedback and Nothing. Am i going to be refunded or be getting another package??? this is the big question.

DO NOT BUY! I bought a Burberry Touch Perfume for Women and it is 100% FAKE. I have been wearing this perfume for more than 5 years and I know the smell very well- floral and sweet. The one I received smells like alcohol- my family members even asked if I had changed my perfume fragrance. In fact, this is the first time I have bought a FAKE perfume. DO NOT BUY from FrangranceX if you want an authentic perfume.
