Buenas. Estoy necesitando ayuda con urgencia. Hice un pedido el día de ayer sábado bajo el número de orden 55059391 y ya el dinero fue debitado de mi cuenta. Me llegó un correo que me están pidiendo un código de 6 dígitos del banco. Llame al banco y me indican que ellos no dan ningún código de 6 dígitos y que la transacción ya fue aprobada y ya está debitado el monto de mi cuenta. Quiero saber cuál es el status de mi pedido.
