FragranceXReviews of fragrancex.com

They were fast , the gift wrapping is a nice little grey sachet, , very well protected by bubble wrap and spacer to limit movement in the packaging, absolutely awesome 👌 will be purchasing from here more often!

My order came so quickly!

FragranceX never disappoints me. Fast shipping, easy website and great deals. I will be a customer forever!

Incompetent and unreachable billing department and poor customer service. I have placed four previous orders without issue and was completely satisfied. I placed another order for five items on 12/1/22 and received an email confirmation. I noticed on 12/4/22 that my credit card had been charged and later credited for the exact amount by the business. I logged into my online account and saw that my order had been cancelled by them. I received no notification from the company that there was an issue. I called and was told that my billing address did not match my credit cards billing address, which it does, and there was no issues four times previously. I asked to be put in touch with the billing office so I could see exactly what the problem was and they told me that the billing office would could not receive calls and would not make calls. The were reachable by email only. I asked them if I replaced the order if they would give me the same sale price and they said they could not. I ended up trying to replace the exact order on 12/7/22 and within hours was emailed (this time) that there was a hold placed on the order requesting that my billing address be confirmed. I replied to the email and also called customer service again. I could not get a straight answer from them as to why this was happening and again could not speak to the billing department directly. After being on hold for 15 minutes, the call was disconnected. I called right back and got someone else on the phone who now said I needed to call my bank and get a 6 digit pin number to provide to them in order to my use my visa card to complete my order. This is the most ridiculous and shady thing I have ever heard of. Seemed like some type of scam. I told the customer service rep that I would not give them a pin number and they told me to cancel my order then. No one could give me a straight answer as to what the problem was. I would not recommend anyone do business with them at this point.
