We do strive to make sure all our customers are taken care of.Please note that you have to actually apply the coupon before checking out. I see on the orders you made you did not and therefore you only received the loyalty discount. We also state on our site we are a US company and only charge in US dollars. The other issue you had with the other order is you accepted the upsell. Which then gave you the 2 items. We state o our site that the price you see is "{PRICE WITH COUPON" We are so sorry for any confusion that was had when trying to place an order.
