I placed an order dec 14 this is a gift toy dad for christmas! its been a month and I havent received my order. Sent emails no proper resolution at all! Dont order from this website, I guess they make up their own reviews!!! Such a waste of money!! Will post this on SocMed for awareness! Reply to your comment since there is no reply option here I will just add this on my review. Here's the order number order # 56158666. I sent email couple of times already and the reply was all automated. No resolution at all now prove to me that Im wrong deliver my order or I will post this on social media.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. I do apologize you feel this way. We do strive to make sure all our customers are taken care of. Please note that the carrier is returning. They stated that they attempted to reach the recipient 2x with no response. Would you like provide any additional informaiton that we can forward to teh carrier and maybe they can attempt a redelivery?
