Hi FragranceX, I live in South Africa and I bought Versace dylan blue and Armaf Club de nuit intense for woman from your website, on January 6th, and it's the 17th today, and still the shipping location say you are in Hauppauge NY, I would just like to know if the location hasn't been updated or if it's still in Hauppauge, and when I'll be getting my order then?

Paid for an order but never received the product. They refuse to refund my money, so this was the first and last time I will buy from this company. BEWARE.

I made an order and in the process of checkout USA became U.K. I asked to cancel the order but had reordered. Both orders were cancelled, I enquired why, no response I reordered again and the money was claimed. Again the address altered at check out process and monies refunded on cancellation I eventually ordered the product and all looked good on the confirmation only to find the monies paid were reverted. Again I enquired why but no response After 6 attempts to order I have now given up 🥲 As I can’t reply on your comment You actually claimed the money on 1 occasion then refunded it to me when you cancelled the order, so it was all verified. Why offer billing address and address to send to if you’re not going to process. The surnames were exactly the same as it was to go to my daughter. As I say I’ve given up trying to order, wasted far too much time.
