Please note that the carrier provided tracking showing that a calling card was left. "RTS - Unable to deliver, calling card left - 14611889 " Please note that we are charged for the shipping even if it was free shipping for you or not we still have to pay. We also have to pay when orders are returned to us and then we have to pay import tax back into our country for the orders that customers order and never pick up. We can not be responsible for that everything single return. I did refund an additional $6.00 which was one of the shipping charges so we both paid for one of the shipping charges.
