Did not receive my order. The courier company said it was delivered to my local post office but I did not receive any further correspondence as to when/how to collect it. Communication has been very slow, quite a poor experience, and not satisfied at all - though they seem more than happy to bombard your inbox with several emails a day urging you to purchase, despite clearly being unable to fulfill!

I always order from fragranceX as they sell my favourite perfume at a great price. I recently received my bottle (i live in the UK) and it had leaked in transit. Customer service were easy to get hold of, were very understanding and dealt with my issue quickly and the issue was resolved positively. Very happy with their service.
