Jeremy Fragance empfehlt Fragance X!!! Also sicher Top!!! :D

Larger size than I expected. It’s a good value for me. And Michael Kors is one of my favorite brands.

I ordered perfume in sale 25th December. Just checked my account,to find ut had been cancelled,no reason why. Checked my bank account and can see pending £2.38. For what reason. No email explaining why, no correspondence either. I'm not happy. I've read reviews they are mixed, so I'm confused. Is thus a genuine site,?

Dear Marie, Thank you for reaching out to us. We sincerely apologize for any confusion and inconvenience caused by the cancellation of your order. Upon reviewing your order, we found that the shipping address provided did not match the address associated with your PayPal account, and therefore the order had to be cancelled due to PayPal rules. The cancellation reason was communicated to PayPal when the refund was processed. Please rest assured that any pending charge that you see on your bank account is likely due to the initial authorization hold during the order process. This amount will be released, and you will not be charged. To address your concerns about the genuineness of our site, we want to assure you that we are a reputable and legitimate business. We value our customers and strive to provide excellent service. Your experience does not reflect our usual standards, and we are committed to making it right. If you have any further questions or if there's anything else we can assist you with, please feel free to contact our customer support team. Once again, we apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.

Purchase on your own risk there is no guarantee specially if you live in EU!!I purchased from this store many times and had no problems until I hade a problem!the last purchase when I got my perfume home it was opened and the box had some marks and the bottle had scratches and fingerprints on it and missing some juice it was obviously used when I sprayed the scent really felt disappointed & frustrated the scent was clearly authentic but damaged I know that because the scent was familiar to me!when I contacted the customer service they encouraged me to send back on my expenses to an Sephora address in Europe as it’s written on shipping box and that was fine but when I sent them email to confirm the address surprisingly they asked me to send to US which was impossible for me because no shipping company accepted to ship perfume outside of EU!if I take the risk and send it without declaring I have to pay for shipping& customs in US so half of what I paid is gone that was really ugly and greedy never hade this experience through my 30 years in perfume hobby! Now I have damaged bottle& scent which I paid 260€ for ! I’ll never purchase from them again& prefer to pay little more for better service and guarantee
