I purchased a bottle of their cologne
I purchased a bottle of their cologne, but it arrived cracked and a substantial amount of the cologne had leaked. When I contacted their customer support they asked for multiple pictures over weeks, which I did. Only at the end did they tell me they did not intend to grant me a refund or allow me to return the product. Save your money and spend the 15% more to get a bottle that will be undamaged and 100% more full.

Based on the images provided and on the amount of protective materials on the shipping box (presented on the images as well), we were unable to conclude that the damage occurred in transit. Additionally, there was no visible leaking in any of the shipping materials. Nevertheless, as a courtesy, you may return the bottle to us. Hope you have a great day!
