Hi there, We’re sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced with your delivery and your recent interaction with support. Please note that orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout, and once an order has already been processed and is in transit, we are unfortunately unable to make changes to the delivery address. When you reached out to us, the package had already been shipped, which made it too late for us to modify the destination with the carrier 🚚 Thank you for bringing this to our attention regarding FragranceX.com!
