Hi Matthew! We are very sorry to hear about the frustration you experienced with your order and the service you received, and we truly apologize for how upsetting this situation must have been. Our records show that the first order was placed with an incorrect address and was returned to our warehouse, and after you contacted us and provided the updated address it was shipped again to the correct location. 📦 Please note that FragranceX.com is unable to modify addresses that are entered incorrectly at the time the order is placed, which is why customers are given several opportunities to review and confirm the shipping details before the order is submitted. If you still need any additional assistance, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Service team and we will be happy to help further.
