I am absolutely disgusted with FragranceX. I placed a massive order totaling $892.34 CAD for high-end designers, and what I received was a fraudulent joke. The order included: Dior Homme Intense (150ml) Azzaro The Most Wanted (100ml) Prada L’homme (100ml) Montblanc Explorer (100ml) Prada Paradigme (100ml) When I opened the sealed Dior Homme Intense box, there was no fragrance inside. Instead, it was stuffed with a plastic bottle of Organic "Great Value" U.S. grade A Raw Honey. Here is the "smoking gun": I live in Canada. Organic Great Value U.S. grade A raw honey is a US-exclusive Walmart house brand. I don’t even have the ability to buy this product here. This means the theft and substitution happened directly inside the FragranceX warehouse or their US supply chain before it was ever shipped across the border. Instead of taking responsibility for a clear security breach in their warehouse, their "Supervisor" Laura gave me the run-around, refused a refund, and demanded an "unboxing video"—an impossible standard for a regular customer. They are essentially stealing $262.80 CAD from me for a $5 bottle of grocery store honey. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE. They are shipping tampered products and calling it "quality control." If you value your money, shop elsewhere.

Hi Saman, Thank you for your valuable review. We would like to inform you that a full refund in the amount of USD 163.63 has been successfully processed back to your Klarna account. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the refund to reflect, depending on your provider’s processing time. We also want to take a moment to reiterate our position regarding product handling at FragranceX.com. 📦 All merchandise is sourced directly from authorized manufacturers and remains sealed as received, and our fulfillment process does not involve opening, modifying, or repackaging any items at any stage. For this reason, scenarios involving the placement or exchange of unrelated products within a fragrance package would fall outside of our operational processes. This matter has now been fully resolved with the issuance of your refund. Thank you for your understanding.
