This is a poor website; I have wasted both my time and money. I request an investigation: why haven't you sent me the perfumes?
Response from FragranceXApr 6, 2026
Hi Samer! Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry to hear about your frustration. We understand how concerning this situation must be, and we can confirm that a support ticket has been opened regarding your order 📦 It appears the package is being returned to FragranceX.com due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided at checkout, and once it is received back at our warehouse, we will proceed with your refund. We appreciate your patience and will continue assisting you through this process!

I placed an order for vera wang france the other night; it nay have been monday night. All of a sudden fragrancex, needs an approval code from my bank & I was supposed to contact my bank in order to get it. This never happened b4. I emailed you company & when I didn't hear back, I called this morning to find out the item would be shipped. This is when I was told that I needed to get an approval number from my bank. Why all of a sudden this has happen, I cannot answer that, but that is what was told. I cancelled that order, and I demanded my money back. The rep told me that the funds would be reversed back to my account in abt 10 days. I will be watching for me refund......and why is this called a reversal?? You took my money, so this should be referred to as a refund. Anyway I'm gonna stop by my bank & explain the situation. But either way, I want my money back & I'll get my perfumes elsewhere.

Hi Teresa! Thank you for sharing your experience, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this situation has caused. We understand how concerning it must have been to encounter a payment verification request and the delay in communication 📦 Please note that these security checks can occasionally be required by the payment system to protect your account, and once an order is canceled, the funds are processed back to your original payment method, which may be referred to as a reversal depending on the bank’s terminology at FragranceX.com. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and hope we may have the opportunity to serve you again in the future.

Spent over $70 and received a broken bottle. Contacted customer service and despite explaining the situation and inconvenience, got offered only $5 partial refund offer, which is insulting. Extremely inconsiderate customer service. I am assuming FrangranceNet would be the same as FragranceX and FragranceNet are basically the same although different entities. Always had a far better experience with FragranceBuy and will stick to there from now on. Suggesting people to refrain from buying from FranganceX as they do not take responsibility when something goes south. Choose FragranceBuy instead.

Hi Shafayat! Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating it must have been to receive a damaged item and feel dissatisfied with the resolution offered 📦 While the item remained functional, the compensation provided was based on the condition reported, and we also want to clarify that FragranceX.com is not affiliated with other fragrance retailers mentioned. We appreciate your feedback and will take it into consideration as we continue to improve our service.

Hi Tobias! Thank you for your feedback, and we’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. We understand how frustrating this situation has been and the inconvenience caused while reporting the damaged items 📦 We also see that this is your second review, with the first submitted prior to receiving the order, and after reviewing your claim in line with FragranceX.com’s damage policy, a 50% refund for each affected item was provided based on the condition reported, and as outlined on our website, the same policy applies equally to all customers and includes the requirement to provide specific images to proceed with a claim. If you need any further assistance, please feel free to contact us again and we’ll be happy to help.

Terrible customer service!!!! They sent me a defective bottle of cologne. They asked for pictures and a video. I have now sent the video and they continues to say they did not receive it. They hope customers get fed and go away! Stay away from these clowns! They are terrible company.

Hi Danny! We are very sorry to hear about your experience with FragranceX.com and the frustration caused by the video not being received. We understand how important it is to have this resolved quickly and we appreciate you taking the time to provide the requested materials 📦 It is possible the video may have been sent in a format that cannot be opened on our end, or that the file did not upload properly due to size limitations if it is too large. We recommend trying to resend the video as a smaller file, compressed format, or through a file sharing link to ensure it is received correctly. Thank you for your patience and we are here to help you resolve this!

I was nervous about ordering as I had not bought from FragranceX before and was worried the prices might be too good to be true. I wanted to expand my fragrance collection. I live in England and my order only took 5 days to arrive. I bought Lattafa Khamrah and a few other fragrances (4 in total). They all smell amazing and are 100% Genuine! - I checked! Great service, Amazing value, I will definitely be ordering some more fragrances again soon
