Best customer service I’ve ever seen.
Greg here from Charlotte Nc. Dear management, The store, AMAZING, The atmosphere AMAZING, The smell AMAZING, The greeting every customer AMAZING. But what stood out most of all? Was the absolutely amazing customer service. My helper was a very respectful young man named Jamer. Not only was his first initial introduction great. He knew his product and he knew how to sell. Not only did he help me find terrific fragrances for the fall / winter, he asked me questions…gave a useful scenario…solved my problem and upsold me on my purchase and THAT is what I call a salesman. He even took the time to let me look around while he helped on customers. AND got through a language barrier. Whatever you guys are paying I can almost PROMISE for the work he showed me without even knowing I’d do this it’s not enough. I was able to learn the difference between a niche fragrance and name brands, the difference adjectives Ex. Floral Fruity citrus musky. He even threw in a bit of his own snd showed me some that’s for more of a “formal” feel or “sleeping in” “business casual” and THATS what I love to see a salesman Who can connect with his client on a more personal level that isn’t just about his numbers. I will definitely be back to concord Mills to shop again 10/10 experience would HIGHLY recommend. **p.s** Management Look into this guy His salesmanship is DIFFERENT!

The sales person at this store was so service oriented. She took the time to let us sample various smells of fragrances. She was great and does her job so well, it makes me want to go back to see her and appreciate her great service.

Wonderful experience
