We had great customer service both days we shopped there.

Contacted customer service to change the shipping address or cancel my order because I’ll be out of town for the next two weeks … got a response saying orders can’t be updated but someone can return it for me? I’d understand if the item had shipped already but when customer service says oh sorry we can’t control our orders from going out that’s not good service in my opinion

The guy that was helping was really opinionated and quite rude. For all fragrance I ended up getting, he always had something bad to say for the ones I picked out. Made me almost not want to get anything. I should have really just returned it but I already opened them. Will not be shopping here anymore.

Our lady was so patient with she had some customers who required a lot of help. She handled it so well we were going to leave as we saw she was busy and the transaction was taking a bit longer than normal yet she was patient and told us she would help us as we were leaving and she was sooo patient and helpful and kind and even spoke a bit of Spanish!
