I didn't get the employee's name but she was very helpful at the Outlet store in Gulfport, Mississippi. She was very patient and friendly and suggested a bunch of different fragrances to try. I purchased two perfumes.

I shop here all the time in Ohio at the mall outlet. Everyone knows me because I always come in and buy something. They treat me very nice.

The sales rep was well informed on the promotional discounts and even offered to ring me up to compare, this made my choice better. He was attentive and knew where to find what I was looking for. And most importantly, he listened and thanked me at the end for shopping with them. This makes me want to come back for my fragrance needs in the future.

The young lady was so helpful and super nice.I enjoy my happy perfume she sold me and my daughter selected a fragrance the sales lady recommended.

The first time I went there the lady was very helpful and friendly, I told here I wasn't very sure I was looking for and she gave me advice and try different samples that I might like. She was very patient and answered all of my questions. That I appreciate very much and wanted to go back as a customer. The second time it was a diffrent sale woman but the experience was the same. I will be returning back to this store.

They were so helpful and nice

Our group of three friends went into the Allen Outlet store and walked out very impressed with associates Mac and Megan! We were just looking for a specific perfume but Mac and Megan helped show us other scents we liked even better! Both of them were able to come up with scents based on preference and they really know their stuff! We each walked out with a few purchases we would not have if it wasn’t for them!

We wondered in the store to browse. Max and Megan were awesome! They know fragrance. Amazing customer service. Great upselling without being pushy. I ended up spending around $188 - I hadn’t planned on buying anything.
