We had the very best experience in your Allen Outlet Store. Walked in and was immediately engaged by Mac, a new employee at the store. She was delightful! She exuded excitement for and knowledge about the fragrances and made recommendations to us that were spot on. She did a great job of upselling and not because she was trying to upsell but because she was so excited about the possibilities for us. There were three in our group - two talking with Mac and another with Megan, who was equally knowledgeable and excited!! She and Mac worked so well together and clearly enjoyed working together.

Recieved lots of help while searching for a new fragrance! Originally just came to look as I didn’t have my mind set on a specific perfume but staff was very warm and welcoming and easy to talk to!

The woman who helped me was very kind and resourceful when it came to product knowledge. She knew products to recommend and explained to me all the promotions. Got me to try out of the manager specials and buy one! Was a great experience overall!

I hate this store super expensive and hate the return policy and I really hate the service. Y’all policy sucks and I’ll never be shopping there ever again!
