I felt that the lady helping me out had 0 prior experience. I asked her to display some winter fragrances and she showed me all fruity summer scents. It felt like she took me as a child and wanted to get the sale over with. Her manager then tried to force me to purchase more cologne after I refused not to and then gave me attitude once I didn’t purchase her recommendations. Furthermore, the manager promised me a extra 50% discount because she “felt like it” but stripped it away once I didn’t purchase the cologne she wanted me to buy. I felt uncomfortable from this experience and unsure if I’d ever go back to this location.

Huge selection...every wall is covered + many cases, all good brands. If you want it they have it. You can test everything and the woman that helped me helped dial in exactly what I was looking for. For a collector like myself this is definitely my new cologne home

Over inflated prices on products
Over inflated prices on products. Even with the BOGO 1/2 off the price was still higher than the same on Amazon.
Response from Fragrance OutletNov 15, 2023
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review! Our products are priced competitively for the market in which they are sold. Taking advantage of our current promotion of Buy 1, Get 1 50% off, is how our customers can really see a value. In addition, It is very challenging to compete with the online pricing of nearly anything these days. The costs associated with running a brick and mortar store as well as an online store far exceeds the expense of placing a product for sale on other websites. We also stand by all of our products and can guarantee authenticity and quality of our products. We hope you'll give us another chance as your fragrance retailer! Thank you, Fragrance Outlet Team
