Awesome customer service
The lady was tremendously helpful and spent almost an hour helping me sample different things with my wife. She treated me like I was her only customer even when the store was full. I greatly appreciate that

Great recommendations and very nice!
One of the employees gave me multiple samples for "fall/winter fragrances". She then let me spray my two favorite scents on and walk around the mall to see which one I liked best. I returned and purchased one.

Service was exceptional
Service was exceptional! Polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had no idea what I wanted but am extremely happy with my purchase. I'll definitely be back!

Disappointed
Lots of options to choose from , but you don’t get a good opportunity to look through everything without feeling pressured to purchase what the saleswomen are pushing . My saleswoman was extremely aggressive and tried to force me to purchase more than what I wanted . I had to get stern with her for her to put back an item and it made my experience very uncomfortable. I would have loved to come back and actually get a chance to look at everything but , because of their tactics I don’t feel comfortable going back unfortunately.

The sales rep was polite
The sales rep was polite, wore a smile throughout the entire experience, and took her time to explain the prices by the size of the product so I could make the right selection based on my needs and without being too pushy. I was offered the manager's special because of the BOGO purchase that I made and thought the discounted price was perfect for the product that I received.
