I don't remember the name of the girl who helped me but she was an absolute doll! Super sweet and helped me narrow down what I wanted. I will definitely be back because of her excellent customer service :)

THE ASSISTANT RANG UP MY PURCHASE
THE ASSISTANT RANG UP MY PURCHASE. INFORMED ME THAT I QUALIFIED FOR A CERTAIN PRICE. THEN INFORMED ME THAT THIS STORE WAS HAVING ISSUES WITH THE CASH REGISTERS. THE ASSISTANT MADE MISTAKES WITH MY ORDER. MY CREDIT CARD DID NOT GO THROUGH. THEN ANOTHER ASSISTANT INFORMED HER THAT SHE RANG THE ORDER WRONG. INSTEAD OF GUARANTEEING MY ORDER, I WAS CHARGED MORE. THE ASSISTANT TRIED MY ORDER ON THE SAME CASH REGISTER, AND THE CARD WAS APPROVED, BUT ANOTHER ISSUE. MY BANK ASSURED ME THAT IT WAS NOT THE CREDIT CARD. THE ASSISTANTS HAD ME WAIT OVER AN HOUR INSTEAD OF TRYING A DIFFERENT CASH REGISTER. WHEN I WENT TO ANOTHER FRAGRANCE OUTLET AND PURCHASED THE EXACT SAME FRAGRANCES WITH THE EXACT SAME CREDIT CARD, THE PURCHASE WAS NO PROBLEM

The Best Customer Service!
The Service My Husband & I Received When Walking In Was Absolutely Superb And Excellent!!! Lady Was Very Friendly And She Even Complimented My Lil'Dog And Petted Her Also. I Forgot Her Name, But She Was Very Nice & Friendly To.
