Poor Customer Service
A few weeks ago I purchased a perfume from the Charleston location and had an amazing experience with one of the associates (wish I could remember her name). She took her time to learn what I was shopping for and went through at least 15 samples to help me find something I liked. Incredible experience with her! Unfortunately I decided to go with another perfume, so I came into the store telling the associate that I needed to exchange a perfume. The associate asked the manager if they could help perform the exchange, which led to the manager throwing a fit in the store because she was upset her associates didn't know how to perform an exchange. This left a very awkward and uncomfortable situation for all. I will not be doing business here again.

Left Happy…
The store was very busy but everyone was so great in letting us know that they were glad we were their and would be with us shortly, the clerk that finally waited on us was very knowledgeable about inventory and matching fragrances, purchased our items, was very happy with the selections.
