Good costumer service but didn’t have enough cologne/ perfume on display to test so I had to go to different store to buy.

The lady that helped my brother, my girlfriend, and myself was nasty, rude, and really impatient with us. Despite my brother and I having a generally idea of what we want she gave us dirty looks and rolled her eyes anytime that my brother even looked at her generally direction. She made me sign up to become a store member at the end when I denied the idea of it but she said “I have to be a member” in order to even purchase my cologne. That all being said, I still very much enjoyed the cologne I got so that’s why it’s not a 1 star review, but that lady needs to be retrained on how to treat customers.

Great customer service, attitude and very helpful staff.

The lady that was running the store was very friendly and helpful she greeted us as soon as we came into the store and helped us make a decision on which scents to buy. We had a wonderful experience.

After submitting a review to horrible fragance I was asked to call 888-919-6613 which I did on 5-31-24 spoke with someone. I was informed all fragance sold was real and I assured her it was not because I've worn the fragance for years and it does not smell the same. I was told someone from the district office would contact me about a refund within 48 hours which did not happen. I called on 6-5-24 where I had to leave a message with all my contact details and to date no response. I start sharing my experience with my co-workers to not to shop at your store and a co-worker shared she had the same experience and she felt the fragance was watered down. I never told her that's how I felt only I didn't like the quality. Since it's not important for you to respond to me after I spent $194.82, I will continue to share my experience at Fragance Outlet with as many people possible.
