Walked in
Walked in, and noone acknowledged us they all just raised an eyebrow. (Out of 4 staff that we saw,only 1 was with customer) We approached a counter near the item we wanted. One sales representative approached us and suggested other item but we insisted on the one we wanted. It almost felt as if the one we wanted she felt was too expensive, but yet again how would she know our financial situation. We actually are very well off and always splurge on ourselves, we just don't dress it(we dont wanna be flashy or come off arrogant) But besides being profiled we insisted on the item we wanted (200+ dollar perfume, the largest size, which we have been buying since it came out) She just kept looking at us funny. But yet was overall very helpful, made suggestions on sales and promos that the store had going on. She was professional... we just felt as if we were profiled... maybe next time we will show up "dolled up" and put our car keys on the counter... maybe staff will run up to us and "see" we have money.... HaHaHa
