The salesman was very professional, knowledgeable and a good listener.

I was welcomed as soon as my first foot touched the floor. My sales lady was knowledgeable and patient while she suggest new scents and let me decide if I liked them or not. She kept saying " take your time". I didn't feel pressured to make a purchase. I did end up buying two new perfumes and I really like them both. Prices are comparable and worth the size bottle of perfume I purchased.

Kimberly is very knowledgeable with the products at the store. She is very friendly and very courteous and patient with all the different fragrances I wanted to try on the shelf. Store is very clean and organized . I felt very welcomed there and will definitely be back to buy more fragrances:)

Bobbi was great. My twin grandsons were very indecisive on what they wanted and she took the time to walk them through everything. She was very patient and had great suggestions on scents they were describing. I will definitely be back.

I purchased a cologne by Armaf Hombre de oud. The top wood piece was broken and the scent was very weak and did not last long. This is my 5th bottle of this cologne. So I'm very familiar with it. Update- the staff was very helpful in taking care of this issue. I received a call from the district manager who was polite and made it easy for a no hassle exchange of my cologne bottle. Thank you Marlene and all of the fragrance outlet staff!
