This perfume place is absolutely…
This perfume place is absolutely excellent! The atmosphere is elegant, and the variety of fragrances is impressive. The employee who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. They took the time to explain different scents and helped me choose one that fits me perfectly. Truly outstanding service—I’ll definitely come back and recommend this store to others!

Your mail sales associate I don’t know…
Your mail sales associate I don’t know his name, but he was very snarky. Rude. Acted like he didn’t want to help us. He also acted like he didn’t wanna let us sample the perfumes. If this is something that I’m gonna purchase at a high value I’m going to make sure it’s something that I want. I don’t care if I have to sniff every perfume in your store don’t make it like we’re troublesome not to mention we were first being held by a female associate and she took the other associate to the back and told us to go and be helped by this man so we were passed off and then we were rude to so much to the point that my boyfriend had to leave the store because he did not want to disrespect your associate.

Pleasant shopping experience:
Nice experience shopping. Associate was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. 4-stars because they didn’t have everything I wanted to check out, which I get… but they also didn’t have testers for some of the fragrances in stock that I also wanted to check out.

Wonderful experience!
Leti(Leticia) is what made my experience great! This is my second visit & each time I was fortunate that she was there to help me. Leti is super patient & knowledgeable. She guided me each time to better understand what I wanted, what I was looking for & what I did not want. She helped me understand the science behind the fragrances, which I really appreciate. I did not feel rushed & she was fully engaged with me through the process. Which helped me discover the best fits for my palette & tastes.
