This store just knows their stuff. They are up to date on what is garbage that tiktok is just spewing everywhere and can Emily durect you to what suits you best. Amid and Joe are unmatched in customer hospitality. My only criticism is I think the store should elevate the shelving and make it feel more high end and even go so far as to off water and a place to sit and relax. The relaxing area primarily for a loved on waiting while we smell 50 different bottles or if only one person is working and someone is waiting.

I am beyond disgusted with this company and their customer service. I highly discourage anyone to do business with this fraudulent company. They sent me a fragrance that was empty. And told me they won’t do anything about it and to go through my bank to dispute the charges. That is the most unprofessional and unbelievable thing I have ever heard a company Tell their client when they are at fault.

Fragrance Outlet has a great selection of perfumes good prices, and my order arrived fast and well-packaged.
