Great stuff good customer service I love it

The assistance that I received on trying to match a scent that neither of the employees had ever smelled was immaculate!!!! They went above and beyond and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! I am so happy and will be a customer forever.

The young lady was very helpful when I was looking for a new fragrance. She knew her stuff, with all her suggestions, my sense of smell is very picky, but she Never once showed that she was aggravated or tired of me being indecisive. Very good customer service. Excellent customer service. I ordered right before christmas holidays and yet got my order super quick and the customer service personnel was very responsive.

I made a mistake ordering wines perfume Christmas gift. I called Fragrance outlet, told them the mistake I made and they immediately fixed the error and sent the additional bottles of perfume I had intended to order. Kudos, job well done and very much appreciated.

An employee made a mistake with a return, and even the store manager cannot figure out how to credit my refund. I have been back to the store three times. This is completely ridiculous. An error on the side of the retailer needs to be fixed so I can get a refund.
