The RUDE saleswoman
The saleswoman with the Polish accent was rude when answering my husband's questions about the fragrances. She had a bad attitude, acting as if we were bothering her, and even rolled her eyes. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but she was INCREDIBLY rude. We ended up going to "Perfume Outlet," which is in the same mall, and the women at that store kindly answered my husband's questions, and he ended up buying two bottles of cologne. Fragrance Outlet gets a 0 for customer service. NOT RECOMMENDED! Perfume Outlet gets 5 stars for customer service. RECOMMENDED!
