The BRIANNNAS! Yes plural were so nice and informative. They did not have the fragrance I wanted but they did give me alternatives based on the notes and I ended up with my new signature! Miss Dior Blooming Bouquet! Will be going back

⭐️ **1 Star** My husband and I had a very disappointing experience at **Fragrance Outlet at the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets**. We went into the store to purchase **Chanel Allure Homme Sport**. My husband specifically asked the employee for this perfume, but she never explained to us that there were **two different versions**. We were not aware of this either, so we trusted the employee to provide us with the correct product. My husband paid approximately **$275 for the perfume**. Two days later, when he opened the box, he realized that it was **not the version he was looking for**. The perfume was **never used or sprayed**. We went back to the store and spoke with the same employee who had helped us. My husband explained the situation, but we were simply told that **nothing could be done**. There was no effort to help us find a reasonable solution, and the customer service was extremely disappointing. We understand that stores have return policies, but when a customer specifically asks for a product and the employee does not explain that there are different versions, we believe the customer deserves better assistance—especially after spending **$275**. We left the store with a product we did not want, completely unused, and feeling very disappointed with the way we were treated. **If you shop here, please make sure you double-check the exact version of the perfume before paying.** Our experience with both the sale and the customer service afterward was very disappointing.

Jasmine and the team are not just amazing with their customer service, but knowledgeable in the products being sold. I never been into cologne… infact I’ve only ever had 3 products and couldn’t be bothered to get anymore. However, Jasmine introduced me to such wonderful products outside the generic brands… her honesty led to me buying 5 new products and coming back to get my friends 6 more stuff! Shes a real one! I told her I would be back, and I definetly will! Christmas is around the corner and I’m getting my family a crazy amount of inventory!
