Great customer service

I purchased two perfumes when I purchased them I asked what the return policy was and they said 30 days. I asked even if it’s open she said yes we can give you merchandise credit. I went back within 30 days to return one and exchange the one that was open. Turns out they do not do any exchanges on opened items. So now I have to keep a perfume that does not smell good on. This is my first time shopping there. And my last whatever. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Just got an Nordstrom or Macy’s.

Perfect Customer service

I came into your Arundel Mills location looking for a cologne that I had seen at the North Myrtle Beach (Hwy 17) location about 3 weeks ago. I could not remember the name of it, I only remembered the initals "PJ" or "JP". Omid suggested it might have been DJ for Daniel Josier, but I did not think that was it. It just so happened that your district manager manager was in the store and know the layout of the North Myrtle Beach store so he called the manager and talked to her and was able to confirm that Omid was correct with his suggestion, As a result of this excellent customer service I purchased the Intrigue and Rapture colognes and my wife purchased the Notez Gatsby. While we found these fragrances in South Carolina we were glad we were able to find and purchase them when we returned home to Maryland.

I’m so sorry I don’t remember the girls name but she did an awesome job at showing me colognes and letting me smell them. I was there for about an hour so she was definitely patient.
