Fragrance Outlet delivered an amazing experience from start to finish. The store was clean, organized, and the selection was impressive. The staff was friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful — they took the time to guide me to the perfect fragrance without any pressure. My purchase was smooth, the prices were great, and the quality of the products was exactly what I expected. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family. Great service
My absolute favorite sales person is one of the reasons I keep coming back.(Wilmenia... not spelled correctly) she is always there to give me great recommendations based on what she knows about me. She is so warm, professional and has a beautiful smile!

I always shop in Fragrance outlet and I…
I always shop in Fragrance outlet and I like it. This visited I was disappointed only one person working and she was very busy with another customer . I was waiting 30 minutes to be help and the sales person was disappointed about that but I told her not worry I will wait. The customer before me was asking for many perfumes back and for . Next time that I will visit that is in April if I see that is only one person and she is with a customer I will visit other stores and come back when the sales person is not busy.
