The pricing and legitimacy were great
The pricing and legitimacy were great. Shipping was good, but the bottle came defective. I asked for an exchange, they said okay. I sent back the bottle the very next day, when it arrived back to them, they only did a refund instead of an exchange. The price of the item is now different and to purchase it i would have to pay more.

100/10 I’ve never used fragrancelord…
100/10 I’ve never used fragrancelord before, but now they’re going to be my go-to. I got an amazing deal and my package was delivered fast and in pristine condition! Also they threw in some samples, which I greatly appreciate.
