Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service! I had placed an order that was delayed do to damage to some of the product I ordered and was promptly sent an email apologizing for the delay and was told it would be another week before they could send it. I wasn’t even worried about the delay(things happens) and customer service took it upon themselves to take 20% off the total order price(the savings were already amazing at the price I paid) and send some extra goodies with the order. Keep in mind, this was all without me having to call and complain about the delay, they just did it no questions asked. I will continue to shop with fragrancelord do to that incredible care to customer service.

False advertising
Said they would send me a small gift after not sending the promised samples originally. Never received anything in the mail. They advertised falsely, and then lied and said I’d be receiving a gift to make themselves look better on this app. Dishonest discounter. Do not recommend. Go to venba or olfactory.
