Poor Inventory Management and Poor CS/Communication
I placed an order for a fragrance and received an email the next day stating it was being processed. The following day, I was told it had shipped and was provided a tracking number. Except it hadn’t shipped. When I checked the tracking two days later, it showed nothing but a label created. No movement. No carrier pickup. After waiting several more days, I contacted customer service to ask why UPS hadn’t received the package. I was told weather had delayed shipping but that it would go out that day. Two hours later, I received another email saying the item was actually unavailable and my order could not be fulfilled. So to recap: I was told it was processing. Then told it shipped. Then told weather delayed it. Then told it never existed in inventory to begin with. As of now, I still have not received a refund. Offering 15% off a future purchase after mismanaging inventory and providing inaccurate shipping notifications isn’t a solution — it’s tone-deaf. This was a frustrating and avoidable experience, and I won’t be ordering from this company again. UPDATE: Fragrance Lord responded below my review. However, the response DID NOT PERTAIN TO MY ORDER! I've never heard of that brand. I ordered "Speechless" by Lorenzo Pazzaglia. So they can't even figure out who they're dealing with. Embarrassing.

While we were able to secure a portion of our inventory, unfortunately, the majority of our stock has been delayed in the Middle East due to the ongoing conflict in the region. We deeply appreciate your patience during this challenging time. To make up for the inconvenience, we are applying a 20% discount to your order and will also be including a complimentary Moudon sample kit. Your product is scheduled to ship by next week.
