The item was exactly what I ordered and arrived quickly and in great condition. The communication from Fragrancelord was excellent.

I got my package in record timing. The fragrance is authentic and was selling at a great price! Looking forward to future purchases.

I would have given a 5 star rating, but I was provided with the wrong item, despite the receipt and images showing the correct item. I liked the delivery updates and the relatively fast shipping from Fragrancelord, but the fact yhat i was sent the wrong item makes the purchasing experience just a 3 star experience. I ordered YSL L'homme and was sent YSL La'Nuitt.

Edited on 12.20.22 - My review below apparently got Fragrancelord's attention, and they did contact me by email to make the matter right. With some effort on their part, they found my return (as I had no return protocol to follow so I had mailed the perfume back to the shipping address which was not the return address but I did not know the return address because no one responded to my two emails asking for return instructions, so it did take work for them to find my return.) Once my return was found, they refunded my full purchase price, and I am very grateful for the employees that took the time to make it right. I obviously wish that it didn't take so much anxiety and time to have this matter settled but I have to acknowledge the honesty of the company with the full refund because if any of you are unsure of your purchase, you should have confidence in getting your money back. The presentation on the perfume that I bought didn't seem right. The 2.4oz bottle of Baccarat was loose in its box and the interior of the box was very messy. Everything else seemed correct from watching video after video on how to spot a fake so maybe I was jumping at shadows, but it was a lot of money to me so I decided to return this as soon as possible to get my money back. I sent an email through the fragrancelord website requesting the protocol for making a return. After waiting three days with no response, I mailed my purchase back in original packaging via USPS with tracking. It was delivered one day later. Still nothing from fragrancelord. So I emailed again, this time the customer service address from my personal email rather then through their website, asking for a response and refund as I knew my returned purchase had been delivered to them. That was almost a week ago and still zero response from anyone.
