This was my first time ordering from Fragrance Lord, great experience, product was package and handle great, fast delivery, highly recommend this house for sample fragrance ordering.

I had a deeply disappointing experience with Fragrance Lord involving Order #72500 and would urge potential buyers to proceed cautiously. I received my order on May 22, 2026 and immediately discovered issues with the item, including a loose front plaque and apparent fragrance leakage/residue on the packaging and bubble wrap. I reported the issue the same day, well within the stated return period. Customer service representative Maria responded on May 23 requesting photographs and documentation. I promptly provided everything requested, including photos of the bottle, packaging, leakage concerns, and the loose plaque. I also clearly communicated that I was requesting a return and refund rather than a replacement. From that point forward, the experience deteriorated significantly. Despite confirming receipt of my documentation and acknowledging the issue, Fragrance Lord repeatedly delayed resolution, requested information that had already been provided, and failed to issue a return label or provide clear refund instructions. I followed up multiple times in good faith over the course of more than a week. Eventually, after repeated documented follow-ups and full compliance with their requests, communication simply stopped. No return label. No refund process. No definitive resolution. The most frustrating part was not the initial product issue — defects and shipping problems can happen. It was the handling afterward. A company reveals its standards through customer service and accountability, and in my experience Fragrance Lord failed both. Buyers should be aware that if something goes wrong with an order, obtaining timely and meaningful resolution may become unnecessarily difficult. ———— Follow up to Fragrance Lords response: Fragrance Lord’s response is telling because it does not actually dispute the central facts of my review. I reported the issue promptly, provided the photographs and documentation requested, responded to follow-up inquiries, and repeatedly requested a return and refund. Despite this, no return label was provided, no refund was issued, and the matter remained unresolved after multiple attempts to work directly with customer service. The company states that it could not “verify several details,” yet it does not identify which details are supposedly inaccurate, nor does it address the documented timeline of my communications and requests. I have retained the email correspondence and supporting documentation related to this matter. My review reflects my actual experience: extended delays, repeated requests for information that had already been provided, and no meaningful resolution despite my good-faith efforts to resolve the issue directly with the company. Because the matter remained unresolved, I ultimately filed a payment dispute with my financial institution, submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, and filed a consumer complaint with the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office. Consumers can review both my original review and Fragrance Lord’s response and draw their own conclusions. The company had multiple opportunities to resolve this matter directly but failed to do so.

Well packaged and included some samples (although nothing I've ever heard of and wouldn't buy a bottle of) . Have already ordered again from them!

Shipping is amazing every package I receive is packed nice and safe ! Give me a great pice of mind my fragrances are in good hands. Of course not to forget to mention that they have the best prices in my fav brand Moudon
