I had an extremely frustrating experience with FRAGFLEX. Before my order shipped, they specifically told me that if it was not going to arrive within the timeframe I needed, I should let them know and they could cancel it. They then told me in writing that my order would ship on August 21. I relied on that representation in determining whether the order would arrive on time. It did not ship on August 21. FedEx tracking shows that the package was not actually tendered to FedEx until August 25 — four days later. Once I realized it had never actually shipped and would no longer arrive when I needed it, I did exactly what they told me to do: I asked them to cancel it. I emailed them more than 10 times and also contacted them repeatedly through social media. They ignored every message, despite continuing to post online. They did not respond until August 25, after they had finally shipped the package. They then claimed the order could not be canceled, even though they had the package in their possession for four additional days while ignoring my repeated cancellation requests. I ultimately opened a chargeback with my bank because FRAGFLEX would not respond or resolve the issue directly. Interestingly, now that a chargeback is open, they are suddenly able to respond quickly and repeatedly, asking me to close the dispute. I will not be doing that. I gave them more than enough opportunities to address this before involving my bank. They gave me the option to cancel, failed to ship when promised, ignored my attempts to exercise that option, shipped the order anyway, and only became responsive once there were financial consequences. I would not purchase from FRAGFLEX again.
