FragflexReviews of fragflex.com

Great shipping and Authentic perfumes. The packaging was so secure I couldn't open myself. Best! I will definitely purchase again

Ordering was easy , shipment was in time and very well packed

You emailed me telling me the 2017 polo red extreme cologne was back in stock, so I ordered it. When it arrived it was the 2025 polo red extreme which is a completely different cologne. I have emailed customer support numerous times with no response as of yet. I have ordered numerous times from fragrancebuy and fragflex and I am starting to see how well they actually do not care about their customers.

This order was shipped promptly and arrived as expected. However, I have made an order in the past that item advertised Emir - Frenetic had a picture in the display being a 100ml bottle however I received an 80ml. I try not to make things like this an issue but when I reached out for someone to explain the situation to me, my emails, messages, dm's and all forms of communication went totally unanswered. This left an awful feeling that if anything is gotten wrong with a bigger order, there would be no one on the other end doing effective customer service in relation to any grievances I may have. That continually troubles and I stop myself from making those bigger orders.

Great prices. Fast delivery.
