False advertisement! Frag flex purposely advertised and showed an older variant item (more sought-after) receive the newer variant nowhere near close, not even the same item! This happened to multiple customers those of who are very angry myself included!!!!

Update: Fragflex posted a copy-paste PR apology below claiming return fees never apply when they make a listing mistake. That is completely false. In their first email to me they explicitly demanded an 11 dollar fee for a return label and threatened a 20 percent restocking fee for their own mistake. They ignored my support tickets for days and only responded after I opened a PayPal dispute. Even after sending the label they sent an email trying to scare me into dropping the PayPal case, claiming I could lose both my money and the product if I kept the dispute open. Do not let their public apologies fool you. They only step in when a payment processor forces them to, and their first instinct was to pass the cost and fear onto the customer. Original: This review is tied to an older order that went fine. People need to know how this company acts when they mess up. On a recent purchase they sent the wrong item entirely. The website picture showed a completely different bottle. Support ignored my tickets for days. They only replied after I filed a payment dispute. They admitted the mistake in writing. Then they still tried charging me an 11 dollar return fee. I sent the photos they asked for and got ghosted again. If anything goes wrong with your order you are on your own. Do not buy from them.

Item pictured and described was not what was delivered. However, a Fragflex representative reached out to rectify the situation as soon as they became aware of the issue. They went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied, and I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Nowadays, when there is a problem with an order, most places wash their hands of it. The customer service rep at Fragflex put them all to shame with a masterclass in how to take care of your customer. Bravo!
