My experience with fragflex has been great thus far. Excellent pricing and nice deals on fragrances I'm interested in purchasing.

The cologne was top notch but the service was not. Item ordered on 8/13 was not processed until 8/18 after I contacted company and was delivered on 8/22.

The packaging for shipping and the quality of the products keeps me coming back. Also when an item is out and one registers to be notified when back in stock, we are actually informed in a timely manner. Wish shipping was less expensive.

Great products for great prices.

The item I received was not what I ordered, at least what I was expecting to order. What I thought I ordered was the 2017 version of this fragrance, with the main notes of blood orange and coffee. What I got was the 2025 version with Vanilla and leather. Two vastly different fragrances. The picture and description of the product needs to be updated. The return process has been very slow and difficult. Once I finally got a return label, it was for usps priority mail, which can’t send fragrances because they are a hazardous material. So I’m still currently waiting for a new return label. It has been 8 days (5 business days) of me trying to get this taken care of. Still, I enjoy frag flex and what they offer and have been a loyal customer for years. Just been disappointing recently.

Fast delivery no issues and products were intact.

Price, shipping, and service was great, just wish the minimum shipping was lower than $150, but it allows me to shop more and there is a reward program which I am a fan of would recommend.
