I submitted a picture that should have been darker. When I sent it to fracture they said it was a good quality print. Unfortunately it washes out my mother in law’s face. I have several fracture prints in my house. This was the first one that a simple fix was not suggested. This was a Mother’s Day gift so that made this miss even worse.

Structurally great. The high res pic I submitted was pure black and white. Yet, some areas of the print came out slightly blue. I’ve done color with this service before and they were acceptable. Maybe steer away from b/w

UPDATE: They sent me SPAM this morning (Thursday), making their claim of stopping the SPAM on Monday a lie. I used profanity only because I asked several times for them to stop the SPAM, and they started sending it every day. They provoked my angry response. (More reason to avoid them consumers.) Find another provider. Look at how they are treating me... ORIGINAL POST: We have used this company several times. The work is acceptable, but many people online are reporting poor quality work lately. My problem with this company is the simple fact that they send you spam constantly after you make a purchase. There is no phone number and they will not respond to email. There are other companies that do the same work for less. This consumer recommends to buy elsewhere.

We completely understand that some customers would prefer not to receive promotional emails. All our emails contain an option to instantly unsubscribe at the bottom, and our team unsubscribed your email address immediately on Monday morning after seeing your repeated emails from over the weekend. Those emails contained excessive profanity and verbal abuse, to which our team is not obligated to respond. They also contained this email: "Since you morons won't leave me alone, I will start posting 1-star reviews and say your products and company are garbage." Every Fracture print has a 100% Happiness Guarantee on its print quality and manufacture, but it seems likely that this Trustpilot review does not pertain to the quality of your printed order from April.
