My family member wanted a Fracture print for Christmas, but when we went to order one, we were dismayed to see the cheapest shipping option cost more than the product itself. Despite the (very expensive) express shipping, the product did not arrive in time for Christmas even though we had ordered it almost 2 weeks in advance. The company sends me constant marketing emails, which were extremely annoying to receive when the product that I did already order had not even arrived yet after two weeks. When it did finally come, it was nice but really nothing special, I wouldn’t say it was worth the money we spent on it as it looks like it could be done at the local drug store. Also very annoyed to have to input my email to submit this review as the company clearly has it already.

I absolutely love my photo wall! Ordering was very simple and my photos arrived within 1 week. The colors on my photos are very vibrant and look awesome on my wall. Hanging the photos was easy as 1,2,3 with the template that was included.

I have purchased some of these in the past as well as gotten one as a gift. I have been happy with past results, however this time the 2 I purchased for gifts were not well done. The images were washed out and not at all reflective of the pictures I sent in. Very disappointed and would like some type of resolution from the company.

The depth and richness of color - especially green are highly lacking. Instead of invoking a fond memory it begs the question what is that and where was it taken. The print isn’t worthy of hanging on a wall.

I’ve used Fractures often starting in 2022. Every product I’ve ordered is perfect and pictures I’ve given as gifts have been loved! Highly recommended Fracture.

Ordered and received 5 fracture prints for a Christmas gift. Opened the box and discovered two glass prints broken due to being packed on top of metal stand with nothing wrapped around metal stand to prevent damage to glass prints. Have written three emails asking for a replacement, with no answer thus far. Not a top notch product and service is lacking to say the least. I would go another route if I were you.
