FractureReviews of fractureme.com

The finished product was impressive. I uploaded a photo I took of an indigo bunting. The image that was transferred to an 11” x 11” glass plate was a perfect match of the photo. My only issue was with the website. It may have been a temporary issue but it took multiple attempts to upload the photo and place the order. I’m fairly computer savvy so I don’t think it was operator error. Also, once the order was placed, processing time was reasonable and I received a tracking link for the delivery. The shipment arrived in perfect condition.

Order # 725026 (12/12/23) Medium square print The flesh tones have a red-orange hue which is unacceptable. Need to reprint this photo with corrected facial color reflecting the original digital photo.

Love my pictures!

I ordered as a surprise gift for my mom. She absolutely adores it

I have requested a refund on order #2305616 and never so much as received a response from Fracture. The picture was cropped til it was beyond useable.

Excellent service, great quality.,fast delivery. This is the third or fourth time I ordered from Fracture. This last one was for my Grandmother with all four generations. Loved it. I’ll be ordering from Fracture again.

I bought two different pictures and one was sent to my GMA and was suooose To have a card with it and I wrote a long note to them which was just as if not more important than the picture I took a lot of time to write that note to them and it wasn’t no where in the box very very disappointed and let down I am more than upset and really don’t know if I will ever use this service again

Great looking on-glass prints. Quick turnaround and service. I highly recommend!
