Ordering was easy but it was a Father's Day gift for someone in another state so I have no idea how the finished product actually looked. I wish I could have gotten an email confirmation of delivery, or even something that shows how the gifted item would be packaged so that I had get an idea of what the receiver was getting. That's why I only gave three stars.

Excellent service. Easily done and good quality. TYSM!

Communication is a 1. Received the product, picture was off centered and blurry. No chance to preview to correct nor did they contact me with any concerns prior to purchase and delivery. I received product, have emailed them right away... and haven't heard from them for a week.. tried calling, no option, tried to communicate with live customer service option, not an option. Day 5 and still awaiting an email as to how their Satisfaction guaranteed service is. Not impressed so far. Product could be very cool...but hope if you order, you have nothing wrong with Product... customer service is horrible.

Very nice company to deal with. They even gave me a better discount cause I used the wrong code. I bought a no frame and that was the right way to go. I also purchased the matt finish to reduce glare. It is glass after all. I either did not get the matt or it does not reduce the glare enough. It is hard to find a spot to admire the pic.

I ordered three pictures. When the package arrived, I didn't quite understand how the items were placed and unfortunately, dropped the first one (the smallest). Yes, it fractured, but not as badly as I thought it might. I ordered a new one. A second picture came out more exposed than I thought it would be. Not sure if it was my fault or not. I've reordered that one after decreasing the brightness. The third one was exactly what I hoped. Waiting on the replacement shipment to arrive so we'll see. I hope to be using them to create vacation pix so I hope they turn out well. Did not contact customer service.

My picture was more beautiful than I expected. Your company did a great job on quality, color and handling to assure it made it to me in one piece and safe. The picture I had printed was a digital painting from a friend from one of my ocean photos. Choosing to use your product makes it a one of a kind piece of art to me. Thank You!

Picture arrived arrived overexposed, losing much of the fine detail of the original. Contacted support 3 days ago. I know they got it because I got an automated email acknowledging receipt. But still no response back from support on what they are going to do about it. Disappointed.

The product is better than I imagined. Beautiful and true to color prints, fast shipping. I will order again soon.
