Hot wine spoiled
The wine was delivered in a very hot truck on a 100° day and registered 94° when we removed it from the box. We are sending it back because the one bottle we opened was awful- we assume ruined from be transported in the heat without using a climate controlled transport. We were asked to return it if we were disappointed in the wine, and were told heating the wine doesn't necessarily ruin it. No apology no offer to make it correct. They said they would replace it after returning but couldn't guarantee it would be sent in a climate controlled truck next time either. Poor response to our problem- very disappointed and surprised.

One bottle of wine only had a cork and…
One bottle of wine only had a cork and no other covering. I contacted via email and did receive one response that said I could receive a partial refund for that one bottle and I requested a refund. I did not hear back. So I called yesterday and was disconnected after holding over 10 min to speak to someone.
