Fourth frontiers customer service is second to none they reply same day you have any questions,are really helpful and work with you to resolve any problems you may have Banti Kumar went above and beyond helping with issue I had, absolutely brilliant the whole customer service is 5* . hopefully you will not need them but if you do they deal with it not fob you off well done to them.

I had always trained with a "dumb" HRM to monitor effort and training zones but also to watch for possible a-fib tachycardia spikes and ectopic beats. At home, I used a finger plate EKG monitor which, while effective, showed only a 30 second non-effort snapshot. Fourth Frontier has changed the way I train and let's me monitor any arrhythmias . I have recommended it to a lot of endurance athletes and cardiologists and they have all found it compelling. My most recent positive experience was with Sneha Shetty at the company who helped me when a switch component failed after the warranty period but the company still helped me out in a most efficient manner

First class technical backup and customer support. I had an issue displaying my HR in my preferred indoor cycling App. I could connect but couldn’t display. I had an earlier Frontier monitor which I needed to replace as I dropped it and damaged it on a stone floor. The new unit required a different sequence of actions than I was used to. Raised a ticket for support and got a very rapid and helpful response. Plus further follow up to check things were working OK. I have a heart arrhythmia which only kicks in occasionally on exercise so I need a monitor which can alert me of sudden HR change plus allow me to check the trace after exercise and keep specimen rhythm traces to show my cardiologist if required. I really recommend the Frontier monitor as a product and the technical support is excellent.

Have used the Frontier X2 for several years and it has been a reliable source of information given I cycle a lot. Recently I bought the new Frontier Zone and had some connectivity issues with my Wahoo Roam. The issue was quite subtle but was very efficiently solved by the technical support team (Sneha) and it now connects perfectly. Certainly the best and most useful HRM I have come across.

I purchased the Frontier X Plus for my AFIB and was recording my AFIB episodes at night. I discovered I could not use the Frontier X app, only the Frontier X+ App for some reason. I ask support to explain why. The two apps feel like a legacy issue with an older app being phased out for a newer app. The Fourth Frontier Support Staff assisted me with new firmware that allowed me to use the Frontier X app. They were super supportive and it changed my perception of Fourth Frontier. Thank you Poonam for the great support.

Not sure what people are complaining about the fact that heart rate is not connected to garmin devices or wearables. Have to admit that I had from get go an issue on that part, but had grat support from their CS team. Poonam, my contact in my case, was fast and concrete, but above all very friendly. Keep up the great work and of course I would strongly recommend their devices as the relevant data that other brands neglect are there ! Kudos from R&D all the way to customer service !!

An excellent device for measuring heart beats and breathing rates. I have had no problems with the device and believe it to be and very intelligent addition to the chest monitor market. Handy for sports research and fitness assessments and even monitoring medical conditions alike and the support I received from the company was excellent They are good at resolving issues in customer services and work together as a team of engineers and software developers to improve the product design in all areas. I am also looking forward to future developments in the software area and believe the company is one of the leaders in its area of expertise.

This company does things right. They have a unique and performant product that addresses a critical need among a large swath of people. It does medical level monitoring needs of heart rhythm patients and athletes that want all the data about their heart - not just the rate. Their software has improved dramatically in the last year and they are listening to customers. This last part, their customer service, is a strong point for them.
