Poor quality, products, and service
We had four seasons install a Generac backup generator less than a year ago. We were told to check the green light occasionally and call them if it was red or yellow. As far as I know, the generator has not operated, but the red light came on three times over the last 11 months. The last time was a few weeks ago, the technician did not fix it. My mother caught him, leaving without explanation and found out that he needed to “order a part” no word since. So of course the power in Crown Point Indiana went out and my mother’s generator is not working. Leaving her in the dark for over 36 hours and counting. Called four seasons three times and could not get through to a human. The automated messaging was that they would call me back. Contacted the salesman who promised to do what he could even though he was off work. Call Four Season’s fourth time. An automated message said they were really busy and had no available appointments and would call us back.36 hours later no call back, no working generator, no power. Four Seasons is either too busy servicing not working generators or selling new ones instead of taking care of people in need . The situation calls in the question the quality of their products and their competence. This is an add on to reply to the reply. I called the number and extension and got the same answering machine response that they’re too busy to take my call. No option to leave a voicemail either. Draw your own conclusions.
