I don't generally leave reviews, but I felt I had to in this case. Very disappointing experience. Poor AC installation, poor communication, poor management, poor customer service. Do yourself a favor and seek your HVAC services elsewhere!

The two men did a great job and gave answers to my questions they took the time to make sure everything was prepared correctly I can't remember being treated this well in many years. I would really like them to know that it was a pleasure and in the future they are welcome to help if needed. I really have had a lot of service people in my past 76 years and these two are the best. thank you very much.

UPDATE: When Four Seasons technicians came out, they told me the battery was fine and it was the starter. They said it's almost impossible to find parts since my generator is a bit older. They never followed up about the part but encouraged me to purchase a new generator from Costco that they could install. I just had another company out and it turns out the battery needed to be replaced and a part needs to be replaced but it is NOT the starter. He also told me there would be no issue ordering the part and once they receive it, they will finish the job. This is alarming and I just want to make other people aware--either the techs are duplicitous and taking advantage of their customer or they don't know what they're doing. I could have paid thousands of dollars to replace my generator only to pay a couple hundred for parts. Please be vigilant and get a second opinion. Also, Four Seasons, stop trying to contact me to revise or remove my review. You didn't follow up with me until I left the first review. Do not use this company. I recently used them for service after I told myself never again. They were previously NWI Generator and they were fantastic. Four Seasons bought them and service has gone steadily downhill. I have my generator serviced every year. It's a bit older and not a Generac. NWI never took issue with this and never had an issue servicing it. Last year, Four Seasons would not schedule my maintenance appointment because they said I had not paid my previous bill even though I provided the receipt. It took them a bit of time to comprehend that it was, in fact, paid and service should be scheduled. Secondly, it's impossible to talk to a human. Everything is scheduled via AI. After scheduling an appointment a few weeks ago via the annoying AI assistant, a customer service representative called me because she wasn't sure if I had even been scheduled and wasn't sure if the details were correct. That makes sense. They came out, said it was my starter and would have to look for parts. They also told me I could go to Costco and buy a new generator that they could install. I was supposed to receive a status call that same day but I'm still waiting over a week later. Good thing I paid the $125 service call fee! Thankfully, I was able to find the technicians that worked for NWI and had left Four Seasons. They know what they're doing and are very experienced. I will never use Four Seasons again.

Victor Trejo was a big help and very knowledgeable. He took his time and explained every step and asked if I had any questions. He has been to my residence twice and each time was wonderful. I will be calling Four Seasons again if I need their services. Thank you, Victor!

I had a guy come to do an estimate to install a Generac. He asked me to sign. Sign what? I never sign without knowing what I sign! He said it was to acknowledge he came and gave me a quote, nothing else. I'm not buying anything, am I? No you're not he answered. Three days later a woman calls me to schedule the installation of the Generac I bought threatening me and telling me I should be careful when I sign a document!! Really??!! This is PURE FRAUD!! Luckily, I was not alone when that guy came and I have a witness ready to testify.

They use AI to answer calls and set appointments. The AI bot set my appointment for Monday, August 17th. My son and I rushed home from work responsibilities to be here. They never showed. I called and the Bot said it was set for Tuesday, August 18th. I rush home to be here and have been here since 12pm for a 1-6 appointment. I get no updates from them so I call and the Bot tells me I have no appointments. Seriously not a way to do business. Looking for another agency.

UPDATE Still horrible customer service!!! Four seasons strikes again. After our last review, Four seasons asked us to let them handle the issue posted in our review. They sent a tech out and we were told someone would reach out to us with a resolution. In true Four Seasons fashion…… never heard from ANYONE!!!!! As stated in the last review……. Stay away from this company!!!!!! We spent over $25,000 with Four Seasons just two months ago for a new heating/air system and Generac generator. We expected a company that would stand behind its products. Unfortunately, once they had our money, getting customer service became nearly impossible. You have to fight through their AI system just to reach a real person. Then you’re promised a callback that never comes. In two months, I’ve received exactly two callbacks—both only after I left a bad review. The first was after our initial issue; the second was when they called to ask me to change my review. Our two-month-old Generac generator then failed three days into one of the worst power outages this area has experienced—exactly why we bought it. Four Seasons told us they couldn’t add us to their schedule and to contact Generac. Generac was far more helpful. One dealer walked us through troubleshooting, and another came out the next day. They all agreed Four Seasons should handle the warranty issue. We eventually got an appointment with Four Seasons. They no-called, no-showed. I called twice afterward and was promised an expedited callback both times. Neither happened. Generac has now opened a formal dealer complaint on our behalf and is helping us get this resolved so we don’t end up with a $10,000 paperweight. The installation team did a good job, but good installation means very little when there is no support afterward. Things break—that’s understandable. What matters is how a company responds when they do. We trusted Four Seasons with a $25,000+ investment. When we needed them most, they didn’t show up. I would not recommend Four Seasons based on our experience. If you’re considering spending thousands with them, think carefully about what happens after the sale.
